Making A Purchase

It couldn't be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Start Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.

We accept credit/Debit card payment.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

We have Two levels of delivery charge.

Level 1: For smaller items (usually under £25.00) we send your item via Royal Mail recorded Delivery. The cost of this level is £3.00.

Level 2: For larger items or orders over £25.00 we use a courier service. This service is usually shipped to you next day if your order is placed with us before 1500 hrs. If placed after this time it will be shipped next working day. The cost of this level is £5.00.

All methods of shipping require for the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody in to sign for the goods.

Unfortunately Northern Ireland, The Shetland Islands, Isle Of Skye and other remote areas are only delivered to by Royal Mail. Any order over 2KG in weight to these places may be charged an additional delivery fee. We will call you in the event that your order is too heavy.

N.B. We try and ship next day if ordered before 3pm. Please check your letterbox to see if our courier has left a card to say they tried to deliver your goods but you were out. If so then please call the number on the card and rearrange a suitable delivery day. If you do not have a card or your goods after 3 working days please give us a call so we can track the parcel for you.

N.B. We cannot change your delivery address with the courier, if you are always at work please input your work address when you order and we will deliver it to your work address.

Delivery Schedule

If we are unable to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it, we will call you with the bad news. In all circumstances, your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We will update you by email when we think we can help get the item(s) to you If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK the current rate of 15% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy

Scooter & Jinx do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details, if you choose to register with us data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

Returns Policy

We will accept return merchandise within 10 days of receipt when it is in a NEW and UNUSED condition and with its original packaging. Returns are at your cost.

We will only accept packages that arrive with a Return Authorisation Number clearly marked on them. You may request a RA number by emailing us at hi@scooterandjinx.com. Please include your order number from your invoice for faster processing and the reason for your return. If returning items to us,we advise that you send them Parcel Force or regular mail, and obtain a CERTIFICATE OF POSTING from the Post Office.
